I have a bachelors degree in Business and Economics from UACS, which is accredited by the ACCA and the ACBSP, meaning it allows me to understand the international market including the accounting, revenues, and prosperity of a product or service multi-nationally. I have internships in big jewelry retailers, banks, and Cybersecurity VPN companies. Why should you consider me? Well, I am going to be open, I do not "play" situations safe, my experience has brought me enough confidence to just chase for more. We as a small country we always strive for bigger and better and that is why we have to learn the traits and every loop hole that the developed countries have the luxury of skipping. At the moment I am working for Taskforce BPO (US wide), which has 20 big hospitals as clients from the United States. My position is working to organize the platforms for the doctors and their teams while also representing the customer service side. Taking 250+ phone calls from patients for 130+ doctors in 15+ hospitals, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, working with billing and insurances, updating the doctors platforms, medication refill requests and eligibility, communicate with hospitals for consults, train new employees, supervise the goals and targets, is just one of the many things I am responsible for.
Before that I have worked in Agile Pro Solutions ( Boca Raton Florida). My duties were to build a pipeline using CRM systems, such as Zoho and Apollo. Research clients using social media, websites, look at their revenue streams and determine if they are the right fit for some of our services. We got company training in sales by Grant Cardone himself, which I now hold a certificate to. Cold calling was a virtue, using numerous platforms. The targets were 300 phone calls a day + emails. Eventually, I did get promoted to a Manager for a small team ending my journey with that company with a 61% closing rate.
