As I understand this creative sales development representative role will handle the generation of prospective and qualifying leads through the sales pipelines. And balancing overcoming objections and building relationships with prospects are one of the biggest focuses, especially as we near the end of the physical year and all of the last minutes customers request are likely to vamp up.
