In my 10 years and 1 month experience of managing multi functional teams to look after a diversified set of sales and organizations behaviour including corporate segments. I was responsible for managing a wide range of portfolios consisting of well assorted international and domestic network solutions. The experience of USA based companies like Loomestry , Zass Services and Adam Technologies gave me well expertise. I was responsible for my domain. I took on the challenges of expanding the sales and organization network , designing the architectures and restructuring the departments to cope with changing dynamics. Most important role in any position and organization was being in charge of the operations networks as it would consume more than 60% of my work place time. I was able to understand the effects of departmental structures. I was lucky enough not to miss out any chance of learning. I will bring these leadership skills to this position.
