Tasca De Belem - I started as a hostess, front of house manager, then back office. I run all daily opening duties. Stock takes, invoicing, menus and staffing needs. Banking and payments.
Harbor House - Office and event management. Invoicing / payments , menu creation. Payroll and HR documents.
The Thistle Hotel - Silver service waitron. Setting up of functions and breakdown of functions. Setting up buffet for meals. Attending to guests requests.
Hobbies include going hiking , swimming and laying in the sun. I enjoy keeping fit so anything active and my body is moving.
I also love food so will often be found in the kitchen trying out something new.
