I worked for two years as a chef de partie in a here in Nigeria I worked in Lex world Hotel and suites, I started on 5th march 2019, and stopped on 10th June 2021.
My job there was preparing , cooking and presenting high-quality dishes reading the speciality section. Assisting the head chef and sous chef, creating menu items recipes and developing dishes and also preparing meat and fish etc.
Cooking hiking, going to the gym, movies ,shopping ,swimming, I use some of my leasure time to try create new recipes for food.
