I am responsible for approving and supervising each component of every aspect of the development process from the initial planning and scheduling stages through construction to completion including Technicality, Quality, Safety and Supervision of Contractors and Suppliers with all related documents. I am also responsible of Value Engineering, Including Alternative Design Cost Analyses, and Volume Purchase Strategies.
