I hold a Master's in Information Technology and Degree in Management Information Systems. I'm currently working as a Lead Business Analyst leading a team of junior business analysts. I have knowledge and experience in performing requirements gathering and analysis, project management, process modeling, process re-engineering, system analysis, JAD sessions, and managing stakeholder engagement meetings.
