I am currently working as a Senior Claims Adjuster with Genworth where I handle various complex claims. My total experience of 7 years handling claims has equipped me with great attention to detail, strong analytical skill, due diligence which I believe is beneficial for the Claims Handler role. In addition to 7 years in claims I have an additional 11 years working as a customer care executive and business analyst.
Additionally, I have acquired a certificate in Insurance, FLMI Level 1. Therefore the knowledge gained from this certification with my experience of 7 years as a Claims handler and customer service experience makes me a perfect candidate over others for this role.
