- Oversee and Set Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Design
Documentation (including selection of materials, specification books, bill of quantities, and
furniture fit out) through to final stage according to budgets and timelines
- Manage the design team, prepare schedule of works, and delegate tasks
- Monitor the FF&E team to include the preparation of sample boards and the specification books
- Assess and Select suppliers for various projects to ensure compliance with projects requirements
- Prepare projects briefs, scope of work, schedules, and timetables for design proposals and
completion
- Prepare and Review Request For Proposals (RFPs) on behalf of client
- Coordinate and interface with key project staff to ensure project deliverables comply with project

- Monitor implementation/compliance of all project parties to specifications, plans,
procedures and standards relating to FF&E works
- Coordinate FF&E mock-up selection, delivery and installation on site
- Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings and provide comments
- Liaise with the client representatives, contractor, site engineers, project engineers and
subcontractors on all matters related to FF&E works
- Review FF&E installation on site and provide inputs on inspection reports
- Review completeness, accuracy and quality of documents, drawings and other submittals before
submission to client
