And the experience that I have gained onsite from my first job as a M&E contractor has given me the real insight of proper and practical design of the building services. With 10 years of experience in M&E design and construction works, I believe that my work experience across various sectors including Building Information Modelling (BIM) would make me a great asset to the team.
1. Prior experience in building services design consultancy which includes concept, scheme and detail design as well as project management and construction across a range of sectors
2. Through knowledge of Singapore Code of Practice and Malaysia Standard which are heavily based on British Standard
3. Work experience across broad sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial and healthcare
4. Good level of computer literacy which includes AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Carrier Hourly Analysis Program and Microsoft office suite
5. Experience in Singapore Green Mark Super Low Energy and LEED certification
6. MEng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Liverpool
1. Dance aerobics in particular Jazzercise and Zumba
