I am an Indian Engineer with sixteen years of experience, including two years of academic post-graduate studies, thirteen years in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and three years in India. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), UK, and Chartered Arbitrator member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), UK, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in my field.

I completed my Master’s degree in “Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying” at Heriot-Watt University in 2019. Currently, I am working as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Empower Energy Solutions, working as Employer/Engineer representative at Dubai, UAE. Prior to joining this company, I worked at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, Al Fara’a General Contracting LLC, UAE, and at Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd, India. My experience includes Procurement Management and Contract Management ranging from pre-contract to post-contract duties on various types of projects, which all include Civil and MEP Works in Residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial buildings, and district cooling chilled water networks, rails, railways, and infrastructures projects.

I have excellent IT skills in MS office, RIPAC, MS Project and AutoCAD, PlanSwift, ERP, and Project Management Systems such as Expedition, ACONEX, PCM, and Live link.
