I am an well-seasoned restaurant management professional with hands-on experience in both front and back of house, which includes kitchen management. I've worked in both corporate and franchise settings as well as for smaller family owned businesses. I am a born team builder and team leader and lead by example. I have extensive knowledge of labour law and Health & Safety procedures. I am adept at cost and stock control, meeting and beating budgets, and have a very good rapport with suppliers.
