Currently I am in one of the top 20 stores in Sainsburys and regarded as a high performing senior store manager. Currently I am in the store which takes over 1.5Million a week in sales. I have a solid track record of managing high footfall, multi million pound turnover stores maximising sales, increasing profitability while having a good balance on all the cost lines.I am known to be a human leader within the business with a fine balance on people skills while delivering excellent store standards.
Currently the store I am leading has over 650 colleagues and 27 managers who report to me.
