Operations Activities
Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed.
Manage the Security access-control database in conjunction with the Security Contractor Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments.
Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed.
Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
Set up, maintain, and organize department's central files, information, filing, and messages.
Assist facilities staff in locating parts, supplies, and materials.
Prepare and maintain RFP’s, bid information, and other contract documents.
Prepare internal bill-backs and documents for events supported by the Facilities organization.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
Sales & Marketing Activities
Prepare and Update Corporate Presentations.
Prepare and update the Sales & Marketing team for the Corporate Presentations which include e-mails, Presentations, Company Profile, Standard Service Quality Folder.
Prepare drafts of marketing material for the relevant execution as and when needed i.e. brochure, website, leaflets & flyers, Roll-ups, Exhibition Displays (if needed).
Maintain a database of all leading companies in and out Doha, Qatar
Maintain a database of Photographs of various projects.
Keep a track record of all service related exhibitions and ensure presence for a possible opportunity to develop business relationships.

Customer Relations
Keep a track record of the recent developments from Qatar Chamber of Commerce. Any updates needs to be transmitted to the concerned person / division immediately. Have the information updated into the system at all times.
Regular visits to Contractor Management Office of Qatar Chamber of Commerce on issues pertaining to our registration.
Visit new clients for developing business relationship. Ensure receiving a request to register and pre-qualify for the services offered.
Visit existing clients to strengthen the relationship and to explore a possible opportunity to expand our exposure with them.
Keep track record of supplier portals of major clients like Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Airways, Qatar Foundation, Siemens Qatar WLL etc. Updated information to be recorded in system at all times.
Support Services
Provide support services to divisions on various projects in compiling pre-qualifications or support documents for tender proposals submissions.
Follow up on bids submitted by Sales & Marketing Division to Clients and ensure a possible break through.
Prepare Marketing material for sister companies as and when required.
