• The major task was to smoothly run the newly established branch in Afghanistan.
• Attending some meetings with the operator’s project team when required.

• Coaching, staffing and assisting the team in order to be familiarized with the country regulations and project’s needs, as Afghanistan is a tough area to work.

• Complete swapping from ZTE to Huawei equipment for Etisalat and from Alcatel to Huawei for Roshan Afghanistan and new TK sites implementation.
