Achievements:
−Reorganized the company into a holding and worked out the business processes to optimize business units’ interaction.−Introduced grading motivation system to manage more than 1500 people of personnel.
−Arranged loan restructuring and increased the credit line 30 times.
−Put together a team of top managers from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Hungary and Israel to fulfill the business goals.−My team created and launched the following businesses:
−«Olzha», the first hypermarket chainin Western Kazakhstan.
−«Alia center» shoppingmallof 23 000 sq.meters in Aqtobe.
−«Kometa», the biggest electronics store in KZ with 3000 sq.meters of area.
−«Ekonom», the chain of stock electronics stores in Aktobe region.
−«Baursak bala», the biggest family restaurant in Aqtobe.
−«Wunder Bar», the first lounge club in Aqtobe
