Started as a trainee in CIL, handled production planning and distribution of finished goods as per market demand. Similar work done in makson as well. Post joining RIL in fresh DC, have achieved single day distribution of 250MT fruits with same resources . Have achieved to reduce inventory levels of household items from 6 WK to 2 WK by implementing auto replenishment system which resulted to save 50M cost per month.
Post passed Masters in English language, got chance to start with Cadbuy India Ltd. Have excel the material planning, production planning and BOM creation for better control. while working excelled supply chain management, warehouse management, financial goals. Have successfully handled cross department functions in high pressure.
