Preparing and presenting cold foods and salads, setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipments, cooking pastas al dente, ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served, keeping workstations sanitised properly and ensure all the food items are stored properly.

Mixing, shaping, and baking high quality breads of different varieties and sizes, Incharge of making breads everyday for 4000 guests, Collaborate with the team in preparation of labels to be applied for food stored in refrigerators and monitoring the temperatures as per standards.
