Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked on Agile- Scrum methodology of SDLC. Participated in Sprint plan meetings, Daily stand-up meetings and Sprint retrospective meetings.

This project was to define the process by which complaints relating to policies from NBS would be managed from the date of the first migration and how complaints would be directed to NBS.
