I have over 25 years of experience in the automotive spray painting industry. This industry has equipped me with technical skills, product and practical know-how in using water-borne and solvent-based paints on vehicles and most surfaces.
From an apprentice to manager of my own auto-panel workshop, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with any company I work for. I do have hopes one day to also share this knowledge with the youth and to train them up with these set skills. From preparing the vehicles to the show-room paint finish, I aim to provide excellent workmanship and customer service.
MERSETA Red Seal - Spraypainter
I am currently self-employed with a team of two people. I assess and quote the damages of the vehicle. I work closely with the team to help develop their eye for detail in preparing the vehicles and excellent workmanship. At CK Coachworks, I managed a team of 12 people, as the Paintshop Manager. I also have sales experience when I worked at Ampol PTY Ltd (abrasives) and this involved sales, following up on orders & customers and submitting a weekly & monthly reports of my ales.
I enjoy cooking. I enjoy working on classic vehicles.
