Reworked existing SLAs with external service providers. Effectively organized virtual classrooms during COVID lockdown. Conducted counselling sessions with students & parents. Conducted soft skills workshops for the faculty.
2. President Sales & Exports, Supreme Equipment Pvt Ltd, India (January 2016 - July 2020) - Handled marketing, sales, logistics, operations and production with a 250 member team. Grew exports business out of India by 200% in first 2 years of joining. Lowered wastage in production by adopting KAIZEN. Created a portal for online sales and order processing. Conducted training and consultancy to the farmers.
3. Regional Director (& Board Member), Darvesh Group UAE. (January 2010 - November 2015) - Led business operations in Africa, Russia and China (based out of Johannesburg, South Africa with a portfolio of US$150mn and a team size of 1000+ employees. Managed project costs, finance, market planning & analysis, licensing, imports/exports and admin for manufacturing, trading and technology. Set up a ZAR200mn manufacturing plant in South Africa for Plastic Stretch Films. Established business, sales and marketing offices in Africa, Russia and China.
