I joined the project with my team of 7 professionals (developers & project managers) for 6-month contract to build project and corporate organizational structure, draft project execution plan, develop commercial and architectural concept, write full set of procedures needed, establish the document management system, estimate the project budget (CAPEX & OPEX), organize a number of tenders, present Marketing & PR strategy, train local team.
My team built working relations with Uzbekistan Government and Investors. Educated all project participants about modern Territory Development standards and Project Management methods. My team presented the summary of “Tashkent City” project experience to City of Tashkent Mayor as a road map for new territory development projects.

Managed numerous projects & programs for IDeA Foundation throughout Armenia & Georgia including World’s longest ropeway (Wings of Tatev) reconstruction, Halidzor Amusement Park, Larger Tatev Areal Development, Dilijan City Master Plan.
Developed the project governance structure: project roles definition, project phases’ description, project management manuals and business process matrixes. Assisted in overall company operations reform.

Azurit is the largest Mining & General Contractor in the Region. My team successfully prepared the number of Bid Packages per international Standards (Amulsar Gold Project). My client was granted the 2-year contract on building the infrastructure for Gold Mine, Processing Plant and River Dam. We consulted on restructuring the company Project Management Office, developed project control manuals, drafted company HS&E policy.

Managed all Construction & Maintenance operations countrywide: 5 sites in pre-construction, 3 new big box stores under construction & 20 in operation. Started the modernization program for all existing stores: LED lighting & BMS retrofit, structural upgrade, roofing replacement & interior remodels. Personally controlled all pre-construction activities: design, permitting & connection to the city utilities’ and road access.
