• Researched, selected, and implemented an integrated Email marketing and Marketing automation system (SilverPop), managed and implemented the vendor selection process, and established the processes required to roll the system out to 21 country offices

• Researched, selected, and implemented an Agile Project management and bug tracking tool

• Managed the selection and implementation of a Web-based attendance tracking human resource solution, subsequently adopted by the central SM Group human resource department

• The main automation coach and advisor in our company, training international branches and sharing all acquired knowledge with our local email marketers to help them reach their goals.

• Managed a six-person content management department responsible for

o Sourcing product data from suppliers/partners and cataloging items which lacked SKU (stock-keeping unit)-specific data

o Fully processing product data acquired from suppliers/partners and publishing products and sales campaigns on 10+ SMFG websites
