Role details:
Repairs commercial type of heavy vehicles such as: Caterpillar, Skytrak, JCB, Volvo, container handler Linde. Military type of vehicle such as: Truck and trailer, different type of Skytrak forklifts, container handler type of Kalmar and others. To perform weekly, bi- weekly dispatch, small and big service on heavy vehicle, troubleshoot on different type of problem such as; axle problem, hydraulic leaking, drive problem, transmission, gear box, engine problem, hard starting, etc. Safety first.
Replacing the parts small and big one, final check prior to releasing the vehicle, working on paperwork.
One of the my duties as recovery driver was: take the call, go to the point of failure and try to fix it on spot if it’s possible , if not approach the towing vehicle, ensure that the vehicle arrives in the shop. Take care when loading, transport and safe unloading, taking the safe measures all the time. Safety first.
One of the additional obligations that I had was the dispatcher job: respond on each phone call and make notes for the mission (all necessary information), manage the paperwork for the dispatch (check dispatch book, did they write all information about km, hours or millage), close the paperwork through the system and prepare all the necessary information for the report.
And my last duty was (fleet management) Received the vehicle from vendor, mark the vehicle with descriptions and number, for easier identification, use and management of various types of heavy machinery such as excavator, forklift, loaders, cranes and other heavy vehicles in the domain. Do proper technical inspection with pictures and prepare push package with the vehicle. Do paperwork for shipment (land, sea or by plane), track the movement of vehicles through the system, etc.

I was present at almost all the place in my country, it made me a strong person who can execute tasks in difficult conditions.
