I am an experienced product design/research and educator with an Msc(Eng) in Product Design & Management and engagement is projects rich in practical experience in product design with enhanced user experience from the perspective of the service provider, manufacturer, social innovator and capacity development of higher institution of higher learning. My competencies in service design include using tools and methods to fully develop fully fleshed customer experience from the front desk to the back stage process who deliver key business in organisation. I follow sustainable development process and products which aim at mitigating effects of climate change and maximise profitability. I do teach service/product design courses to undergraduate students and carry out designed related research.
