I contribute on the growth pf my learners not just by knowledge but also through character. I make sure that they will be given the service and education that will best hone them as an individual. My favorite thing about being a teacher is when I witness the “haha moments” or happy moments of my learners once they grasp a concept and learned new things.
My main strategy in teaching is to promote active learning by engaging my students through interactive discussion, hands- on activities and real world examples. I believe in fostering critical thinking, problem- solving skills and promoting a positive learning environment where learners will feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas
