My three years of technical knowledge and skill with semiconductor industry, which I regard to be my biggest strength that I have gained from my work in this field. Even though, assembly is my major responsibility, but my job entails more than that. As a technician, I have experience giving training to new employees through the instruction on how to operate the tool, standard operating procedure and major assembly process. This training sessions predominately improve my assembly skill and more ways to perform production duties more efficiently without any delay in shipment. I am proficient in handling cable operations such as cable routing, cable connecting and insulating heat shrink sleeves for cable connection protection in the systems. I hope this job position will use my skills and knowledge to provide certain effective development in the organization. Everyone discourage me when i apply for this job in overseas. I have been gain almost 4 years of work experience. 3 year at Applied Materials( Singapore) as Technician. My primary duty as Technician is precisely assemble and install each parts of systems as well as some vital production operation duties. I am a hand-on worker who feel comfortable with hand tool in my hand. I am skilled at testing and integrating complex modules and chambers. I am also certified to operate industrial & Bridge crane in production floor. Effectively communicate with all stake holders in my organization to achieve win-win solution.
