My 25 years career life started with the Fiji Sugar Corporation Ltd as an Electronic Apprentice in 1992 until to date. Apart from the 5 years of Apprenticeship, for 12 years I worked as a Team Leader in the Sugar Operation Division before joining the Corporate HR Team in the next 8 years leading the Corporate Training & Compliance Division.
