I have been working for over 20 years in the financial industry where I acquired numerous skills. I'm passionate about what I do, whether it's resolving complaints, finding solutions to simplify work processes, training staff and even rendering customer services.
I'm proud of the changes that I have brought to the company as it not only benefited myself but my colleague's.
