I am a vibrant and dynamic IT Professional. Having completed my Honours Degree in Information Technology i served as an ICT Support Assistant and i explored areas including networking, project management, Administration, helpdesk and infrastructure management. i am currently employed as Helpdesk Technician. I have improved my communication skills, multitasking skills and i have identified user training needs and this has improved workflow as error rate was reduced by almost 50%. I have grown so much and i am eager to be part of a new challenge. Since I am dynamic, i am an aspiring CISA Professional and i am open to work anywhere
