Coming from a very humble background my first job was with The Taj Mahal Palace and Towers where I was a management trainee and then full time in F&B operations handling very niche clients and VVIP visits
Post this I moved into restaurants and worked with different brands gained experience in project management right from reopening to running the restaurants establishing SOPs for various department
Further from here I got the opportunity to work for UHNWI where I used my Taj exp of luxury hospitality and learned the ropes of house/villa/Estate management. I ensured that the confidentiality of the principals were taken care off and their needs and wants were addressed on priority. Attention to detail, picked up housekeeping and maintain knowledge while working with them. Handled close to 150 staff members from drivers to chefs to engineers for the principals.
Recruited and onboarded new staff as well
House Manager with expertise in hotels and restaurants in F&B operations. My day to day job includes supervising the operations of the house/Villa to ensure that principals needs and Confidentiality is maintained through out. Maintainance of their vintage cars, coordination with kitchen for principal likes and dislikes. Bookings for VVIP guests and taking care of their needs and wants. Utmost discretion is needed and attention to details
In my free time, i like to play Cricket,
Travelling to religious places, and
Cooking is also one of my hobbies.
