I am an experienced and professional Water Engineer with over 18 years experience in the Water Industry. I have been involved in construction supervision, operation and maintenance of water supply and sewerage systems, design of water supply and sewerage systems and i have also worked as a corporate leader heading the Technical Department of one of the largest Water Utilities in Kenya. I am self motivated, have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and easily integrate with people of other cultures.

1. October 2018 to December 2021 - Head of Technical Services, Embu Water and Sanitation Company LTD - I was in charge of all technical operations including abstraction, treatment, distribution of drinking water, collection, treatment and disposal of waste water, planning, design and construction of water and waste water systems, operation and maintenance of water supply and waste water systems
2. January 2016 - September 2018 - Assistant Resident Engineer - Likoni Water Supply Project Phase 1 - I was responsible for day to day supervision of construction of Water supply pipelines including issuing site instructions, receiving and approving Requests For Approvals, taking measurements for works, receiving and processing construction claims from the contractor, enforcing hralth and safety measures, processing Interim Payment Certificates.
3. April 2014 - December 2015WASH Advisor - SNV Netherlands Development Organization - I was responsible for advising Water Utilities on operational optimization and Non Revenue Water Management.
