The Role

• These positions require workers with a strong stomach for handling fish.
• Inspect fish/seafood before processing.
• Dress fish with a knife before gutting, scaling, and filleting.
• Stack products correctly after processing.
• Manual handing duties.
• Assist the factory manager as designated.
• Be constantly aware of health and safety issues for yourself and other team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in processing fish/seafood.
• Knife skills are required, training is available.
• Accustomed to working in a refrigerated environment.
• Capable of working to instruction.
• Suitability for carrying out a manual role.
• Hard working nature.
• Strong team player.
• Accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment.
