Role

• Manage numerous publisher relationships.
• Responsible for cultivating relationships and revenue growth.
• Advise publishers on monetisation best practices.
• Define operational processes to ensure customer success.
• Responsible for publisher onboarding, compliance, and retention.
• Assist in developing business from selected prospects, in coordination with management goals and objectives.
• Develop deep knowledge of publisher landscape, including integration with common ad serving technologies.
• Help drive reporting and analytics within the group. Focus on producing scalable analytics to drive various initiatives.
• Work cross functionally to prioritise and incorporate customer feedback.
• Provide technical support for publishers.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions for specific publishers.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience in online advertising.
• Relationship management, post-sales consulting, and project management experience.
• Ability to extract meaningful information from large amounts of data.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to drive results.
• Ability to provide technical support for a wide variety of client.
• Strong business, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking nature.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong team emphasis.
