The Role

  • Arrange internal and external appointments
  • Coordinate work trips
  • Manage the day-to-day office tasks
  • Draft and type letters
  • File documents
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and delivery of office supplies
  • Carry out additional duties as requested

 

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience
  • Good proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written
  • Detail orientated
