The Role

The Business Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships.

Our goal is to streamline and enhance the investment process as a client’s needs evolve.

Job Functions

• Gather and document business requirements and analytical data.
• Provide project management services including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades.
• Manage multiple accounts at any given time.
• Provide technical support to clients as and when required.
• Host and entertain clients on corporate functions.
• Provide market-based advice using our proprietary system.
• Support the Client Manager as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience working in a financial environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Over-deliver, regarding client expectations
• Effective communicator and relationship builder
• Strong IT skills
• Active interest in understanding the financial markets and the investment process will be important.
• Experience with databases is desirable
