The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day business activity.
• Increase business through forecasting, counter sales and rate management in order to remain competitive in the marketplace while utilising the fleet at a profitable level.
• Set revenue goals and maintain a plan of action for achieving goals.
• Ensure customer service standards are always met
• Manage job performance including counter sales.
• Responsible for the development of team members.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Effectively manage the sales team.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.

Requirements

• Degree qualified is preferable
• Experience in car rental preferred.
• Project a professional appearance.
• Strong sales skills
• Strong at problem-solving and decision-making.
