Financial CEO Needed in Saudi Arabia

A leading and prestigious firm with diversified activities in financial and investments services in Saudi Arabia are searching for a new CEO.

The Chief Executive Officer’s overall responsibility is to provide the required linkage between the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team of the Company by providing and implementing the approved objectives, strategic concepts and plans to achieve profitability and growth. The CEO also provides overall leadership and direction to the executive team as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various functions of the Company.

Salary and Benefits

• SAR 800,000 p/a

The Role

• Recommend strategic plans to the Board of Directors.
• Recommend plans for new products, services and /or new markets.
• Recommend the general and specific guidelines for controlling management commitment to the company objectives, and future plans.
• Initiate and recommend organizational structure, as well as policies and procedures to the Board of Directors.
• Identify the Board’s need for information and the need to provide them with all necessary reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure the company is financially and operationally sound.
• Direct communication of the Board’s objectives, mission statement, and plans the executive team.
• Direct and coordinates all functions of the broker in accordance with objectives and set plans.
• Approve and enforces steps and actions to achieve objectives outlined in the approved strategic plan.
• Approve disbursements of budgeted costs and expenses based on the limits set in the authorization matrix.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (MBA) in finance or economics or any related field
• Needs to be familiar with the local laws and regulations.
• High level of Arabic and English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
