The Role

• Manage and lead the strategic planning process and performance management functions for the company.
• Lead and coordinate best practice study tours, leadership and workshops.
• Ensure priorities and resources are effectively aligned to enable consistent, timely, and fair delivery of services.
• Lead development and manage overall strategic planning process and performance measurement system.
• Oversee and coordinate processes which integrate strategic planning, budget planning and performance management.
• Lead and manage the development of innovative ideas and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate senior leadership and staff-level workshops/activities to study and integrate international best practices.
• Capture and integrate key priorities.
• Ensure effective coordination and understanding of strategic planning and performance.
• Develop and publish Annual Reports.
• Oversee and manage Planning and Performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Admin
• Minimum 7 years related experience
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational management, strategic planning, performance management and budgeting processes.
• Specialised experience in developing and coordinating strategic planning for an organization undergoing transformation.
• Ability to supervise and provide leadership to individuals as well as groups of employees.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
• Ability to use project management software to schedule projects and monitor progress (preferred) .
• Experience and familiarity IT packages
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
