AED 45,000-50,000 p/m

The Role

The main role is to ensure the department is growing efficiently with the right sort of revenue generation.
Manage a vibrant team of recruiters
Make sure sales targets are met each month
Build strong relationships with clients
Set and manage all KPI’s
Produce regular internal reports
Act as a mentor to the Recruitment Team

Requirements

Hold sales and account management skills
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Strong managerial skills
Strict time management is essential
Administrative skills are required
Deep knowledge of events, marketing, PR and recruitment is essential
Fluent in Arabic and English
Influential character, natural leader
Dominant personality
