Role Responsibilities
Carry out regular maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing various mining machinery
Undertake inspections and services to minimise breakdowns
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
Repair and reinforce machinery using appropriate welding techniques
Maintain accurate records of work undertaken
Follow strict safety guidelines
Attend regular training and development sessions
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Formal trade qualification held (Red Seal preferred; international equivalents will be reviewed)
Confident in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical aspects
Valid vehicle driving licence (international licences will receive assistance in conversion)
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated
