Skills Provision is searching for an Implementation Consultant to join a Software company in Los Angeles, United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of software implementation projects

Duration: 2-year contract.

Salary & Benefits

  • $105,850 pa

The Role

  • Provide internal and external application consultancy services
  • Manage user training sessions
  • Carry out business process review and analysis of client requirements
  • Ongoing client communication
  • Document business requirements and brief the technical team
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company’s technical team
  • Provide project management / coordination of implementation projects
  • Coordinating, planning, and following up on project meetings (internal and external)
  • Project planning and follow-up (developing and updating project plans, highlight reports, etc.)
  • Become the company’s owner of statutory returns, exams, etc
  • Communicate with other departments
  • Communicate with the Development Department regarding client issues logs and change requests for inclusion in project plans and advancements of issues
  • Communicate with Admin regarding the department’s monthly billings, as necessary
  • Escalate outstanding issues to management as necessary
  • Internal Process Improvement
  • Take active role in identifying, communicating, and advancing internal process improvement suggestions/initiatives
  • Participate in company-wide cross-departmental initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the implementation management sector
  • A supporting degree is preferable but not essential
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to organise and deliver software requirement workshops
  • Ability to deliver training sessions
  • Ability to gather business requirements from a variety of sources including ability to discuss business needs with senior level client representatives
  • Confident of converting leads into software requirements
  • Document business requirements and discuss with technical team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven presentation and training skills
  • A self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Good problem-solving and team skills
  • Positive outlook and strong people management skills
