IT Programme Manager needed in Japan

The Role

As the Programme Manager you will need superb engagement & stakeholder management skills and experience.

• Capable of influencing and persuading strategic stakeholders within the business at all levels including board.
• Own and coordinate the pipeline management & project approval process for the programme along with the entire management Multi-Channel Retail Programme.

Requirements

• 10 years minimum experience
• Experience in Finance/Insurance industry is essential
• Strong IT delivery track record with Software Development and/or SAP
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders up to and including the Board level
• Multiple Third-Party Vendor Management experience
• Strong understanding of finance in relation to project budgeting and reporting
• Good coaching, training and interpersonal skills
