Skills Provision is searching for an experienced Loan Processor for a company in Africa.

Our client is a Mortgage Brokerage and Real Estate company specialising in servicing the housing market in Ghana.

Location: Ghana, Africa

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• GH₵33,300 p/a
• Benefits package available

The Role

• Manage all loans and act as a senior representative
• Process and prepare for closing retail mortgage loans in accordance with policies & procedures
• Register loans on the origination system and maintain system accuracy
• Set up files and order all necessary exhibits for appraisals and credit reports
• Check alternative documentation for accuracy and potential problems
• Order title insurance, flood and tax certificates and surveys, reviewing for problems upon receipt
• Review all documents thoroughly before submission to underwriting
• Obtain and review documents for acceptability against loan conditions
• Update the conversation log as needed
• Review the weekly pipeline report
• Handle complex files

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• At least three-year computer experience
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Familiarity with standard office equipment
• Diligent and ethical operator
• Bright, astute and a quick learner
• Strong team player
• Represent the company well
• English speaking
