Maintenance Project Manager Wanted in Norway

Skills Provision is searching for a Maintenance Project Manager in Norway.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a group of forward-thinking and dynamic surveyors responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of a large property portfolio in Bergen.

Salary and Benefits

• NOK 1,200,000 p/a

The Role

You will carry out detailed condition surveys on properties in order to prioritise workloads and prepare estimates, specifications, drawings and works schedules relating to both major and minor works including routine repairs, conversions, preventative maintenance, adaptations, refurbishment, improvements, alterations, demolition and redecoration.

Requirements

• It is essential that you have 7 years’ experience in building maintenance and refurbishment, with an ability to diagnose building defects.
• Previous supervisory experience would bring beneficial skills to the role, but they are not essential.
• A degree would also be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, knowledge of CDM and an understanding of building regulations are also essential for this diverse role.
