Operations Consultant Needed in Argentina

Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Consultant for a company in Argentina.

The employer requires an experienced consultant to further accelerate one of the fastest-growing sites on the internet, as well as play a key role in launching new initiatives.

Role

• Create a strategic plan for rapidly scaling new segments of the business.
• Provide thought leadership and tactical execution for the company.
• Align operational strategy with product objectives, to enable cost savings.
• Oversee inventory control, material handling, import-export licensing, contract manufacturers and shipment of all products.
• Analyse consumer insights and behavioural aspects.
• Create and execute a scaling strategy for fulfilment of packaged goods.
• Assure quality control for all goods procured, as well as the fulfilment of orders.
• Advise and execute a plan for global sourcing.
• Develop and maintain inventory targets, to ensure smooth ramp ups.

Requirements

• 10+ years business experience, with majority in Operations.
• Demonstrated track record of demand planning experience and developing and scaling a packaged goods business.
• 5+ years’ experience in sourcing and procurement
