Process Engineers (Water) needed in the UK

Our client a leader in the water industry is now recruiting for Process Engineers / Surveyors to join their water team in in the United Kingdom.

• £37,250 p/a

The Role

• To work within a team delivering an extensive site programme of identifying non-infrastructure water assets, aligning existing assets to a register and undertaking condition assessments.
• Identify non-infrastructure water assets, align existing assets to bespoke register and undertake condition assessments
• Capture of non-infrastructure asset data and inventory utilising alpha-numeric descriptions
• Asset performance assessments / condition grading
• Report preparation / drawings / process flow diagrams
• Scheduling of work and liaison.
• Develop and maintain good client relationships
• Provide guidance to fellow team members and technical staff working on the same projects
• Attend and contribute to project meetings internally
• Undertake continuing professional development under guidance of project team
• Operate in accordance with health and safety, environmental and quality standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years post qualification (NVQ level 3 or above)
• Experience working in water or wastewater process design or analysis. This could be in a design office, for a water / sewage company or engineering consultant carrying out performance analysis as part of appraisals or to develop operational control regimes.
• Must have a solid understanding of how each of the key elements within water and wastewater treatment processes
• Full UK Driving Licence.
