Production Assistant needed in Rotterdam, Netherlands

Skills Provision is searching for a Production Assistant for a jewellery company in the Netherlands.

Our client produces designer brands of men’s jewellery and supplies the local and European market.

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• €35,700 p/a

The Role

This position reports to the Assistant Production Manager providing administrative and clerical support with primary focus on entering, updating, and maintaining purchase records.

The successful candidate will also work with our European vendors ensuring all products are packaged according to our specifications and handle any other special projects and data entry tasks as required.

Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent experience in an apparel or production environment.
• Exceptional user IT skills
• Heavy volume of data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Dutch/English)
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and mathematics
• Ability to make quick independent and measured decisions at critical moments
• Ability to create and maintain logs and tracking systems
• Must be organised, extremely detailed, work independently or as part of a team, remain productive under pressure and have a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work overtime as needed.
