Production Engineer Required in Ghana

Skills Provision is seeking a Production Engineer for a position near Tema, in the Greater Accra region of Ghana.

The hiring business is developing a sustainable alternative by converting used tyres and plastic waste into biofuel.

The company will offer work permits for international hires.

US $90,000-$120,000 per annum

The Role

• Responsible for meeting daily production targets
• Identify problems, investigate them, and implement solutions
• Ensure production discipline and compliance with all relevant safety guidelines
• Assist in the management of production staff
• Lead supervisors and operators
• Continue to improve processes to ensure deliverables are met
• Train production staff

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar
• 10 years of experience
• International industry exposure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence
• Proficient English skills: written and verbal
