Quantitative Analyst Needed in Japan

Our client is currently recruiting for the role of Quantitative Analyst for a financial powerhouse in Tokyo.

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Salary & Benefits

• JPY 9,000,000 per annum

The Role

• Responsible for performing calculations of the SME Retail credit risk
• Presenting monthly analysis
• Data manipulation for Commercial Credit portfolio analysis and reporting purposed as and when required
• Monthly monitoring of existing credit applications behavioural scorecards and performance
• Defining and understanding parameters for calculation of Economic Capital and application of same in Capital Management
• Identify opportunities for capital saving within the regulatory framework,
• Research into best practices regarding the development, maintenance and use of statistical and behavioural scorecards,
• Process flow mappings and implementation.
